Energetics has announced the appointment of its inaugural Zoox Ambassadors in support of the Great Barrier Reef Foundation. The selected Ambassadors will participate in a four-day field trip to the Heron Island Research Station and will be working with marine biologists to undertake reef research, taking part in a series of scientific and sustainability workshops.

Energetics CEO Tony Coopers said, “Energetics is proud to support the Great Barrier Reef Foundation in their mission to find and fund solutions to sustain the Great Barrier Reef. Energetics has always aspired to have a positive impact on the environment; indeed it is our raison d’etre. So when the Great Barrier Reef Foundation came to us for pro bono assistance as a strategic partner, we didn’t hesitate”.
A word from the Managing Director of The Great Barrier Reef Marine Foundation...
"I would like to thank Energetics for your generous offer to partner with us on a pro bono basis and for accepting a ZooX Patronage with us for three years. Already I feel we have made enormous progress in our joint quest to engage business around the GBR and relate the vulnerability of that ecosystem to larger sustainability issues through the development of the ZooX Ambassadors Program" Judy Stewart; Managing Director, Great barrief Reef Marine Foundation
