Our Leadership Team
Our leadership team are from complementary disciplines such as business management, engineering, economics, marketing and information technology.
In 2006, Energetics completed of a management buy-out. The buy-out team comprises a consortium of senior managers from Energetics, including the company's Managing Director Tony Cooper, and founder Jonathan Jutsen, together with Accretion IV Fund, a private equity fund managed by [[http://www.accretion.com.au|Accretion Investment Management Pty Ltd]]. Accretion Investment Management is a manager of private equity portfolios for institutional investors. It provides a differentiated model based on combining proven hands-on operational management expertise with active private equity management experience.
Peter Chapman
Chairman
Peter Chapman is the CEO and major shareholder of Accretion. Peter has 21 years experience in private equity incorporating investment management roles with Citicorp Capital Investors, N M Rothschild and Accretion. Peter is the Chairman of the Board of Energetics Holdings and is based in Sydney.

Anthony Duncan
Non-Executive Director
Ant Duncan is the Director of Accretion Investment Management. He has over 20 years experience in finance and industry including 3 years as an investor and CFO in the management buy-in of Moore Australasia, a commercial printing business (A$125m revenue) that was successfully exited in 2001. Ant is a Non-Executive Director of the Board of Energetics Holdings and is based in Melbourne.

David Marchant is based in the Sydney office and leads Energetics' Technology Services team which delivers information and data management services. He is also responsible for the Finance and Company Secretariat teams. David joined Energetics in 2008.

Julia Davenport joined Energetics in January 2008. Julia is responsible for supporting Energetics as it builds its reputation and relationships with key clients and other stakeholder groups. She oversees marketing strategy, brand management, business development and communications.
