Each year, our people can take two working days (as personal development time) to volunteer, conduct charity work or actively participate in community fundraising.
Given the nature of our business, our people are passionate about the environment, and we continually look for ways we can make a positive contribution in addition to our work. Energetics’ employees participate in the annual Clean Up Australia Day, helping out in local parks and waterways. Of course, Australia's waste challenges can't be solved in one day, but we appreciate the value in removing rubbish and making improvements within our local community.
We were thrilled to see so many of our wonderful colleagues across Australia doing their bit to clean up our environment!
