Josh previously worked for an international real estate company in London where he was responsible for two key accounts: Nuveen Real Estate with $5 billion assets under management, and CCLA with $2.5 billion assets under management. His main focus was to enhance the sustainable performance of their real estate investment trust (REITs) while reducing risk, increasing asset value, and identifying opportunities for a low-carbon economy. He worked across various asset classes internationally and successfully delivered strategic solutions that covered decarbonisation, legislative compliance and opportunity identification while streamlining capital investment and securing sustainable finance.
