Karolina has 7 years of consulting and engineering experience in energy and emissions advisory across the industrial, commercial, and building sectors. She has experience developing energy and carbon strategies, including energy management systems, energy audits and modelling identified opportunities, decarbonisation roadmaps, and emissions reporting.
Her technical skills are complemented by strong project management capabilities, providing a combined strategic and technical approach to help clients achieve their energy and sustainability targets.
Karolina holds a Master of Mechanical Engineering. Prior to joining Energetics, she managed a team and led energy and decarbonisation projects across the industrial sector in Europe. She conducted over 200 energy audits, established decarbonisation pathways aligned with the Science Based Target initiative (SBTi), supported clients in developing Energy Management Systems in line with ISO50001, and developed a custom application for identifying energy efficiency opportunities. At Energetics, Karolina advises across decarbonisation strategies and emissions quantification.
