Working with large, complex businesses across a multiple sectors, Madison is an experienced advisor on the impact of government policy settings and compliance with government programs. She has supported clients on mandatory and voluntary reporting, data analysis and the development of robust scope 1, 2, and 3 emissions inventories, and has particular knowledge of Australia’s flagship emissions reduction policy, the Safeguard Mechanism. She has also advised large, complex companies to report under the National Greenhouse and Energy Reporting Scheme (NGER), National Pollutants Inventory (NPI) and the Climate Active program to assist clients achieve carbon neutral accreditation. Her modelling and data analysis skills are used to support the development of detailed emissions forecasting spanning numerous sectors in the Australian economy, and the development of science-based targets, assisting clients to maintain their licence to operate in a carbon constrained economy.
