With over 25 years’ experience in business and financial management, Paul has worked in professional service firms and global corporations in oil, resources and property. He joined Energetics in March 2011 and has overall management of all of the shared services functions including finance, HR, legal, marcomms, IT and office management whose combined role is to support the business in meeting its revenue and growth objectives as well as its long-term strategic vision. As a chartered accountant, Paul has extensive experience in strategic planning, internal and external stakeholder engagement on complex projects and developing reporting systems that encapsulate both financial and non-financial metrics.
