Victoria (Vics) Cross leads ERM’s global reporting and disclosure service and recently moved to the APAC region to help companies navigate the complexities of mandatory sustainability disclosure regulations.
She's passionate about helping her clients derive commercial value from the EU Green Deal/CSRD and increasingly the ASRS/ISSB as it gets mandated in jurisdictions globally. She has worked internationally for her entire 25+ year career and has considerable experience helping organisations understand and manage the risks and opportunities posed by ESG topics.
She has advised organisations spanning all sectors from technology and professional services to energy and mining and understands the trade-offs and consequences that must be balanced to ensure a sustainable and equitable future for all stakeholders.
Prior to joining ERM in 2022 she led an international team of corporate sustainability strategy and reporting consultants at a major advisory firm for ten years. The first 15 years of her career were spent in risk and crisis management consulting, assisting multi-national companies in sectors as diverse as defence, chemicals, manufacturing and technology to understand, mitigate and manage all aspects of corporate risk.
She is a fellow of the Royal Society of Arts in recognition of her global work helping corporates tackle climate change and is also an active participant in the ERM Foundation.
