Anita has nearly 30 years’ experience in strategic management consulting, banking and renewable electricity contracting. For nearly 15 years at Energetics, Anita has advised clients on managing the risks and seizing the opportunities in Australia’s energy market transformation. She built Energetics’ corporate power purchase agreement (PPA) advisory service line, establishing a market leading reputation with Energetics commanding more than 25% of the off-site corporate renewable contracting market in the National Electricity Market (NEM) between 2020 and 2023 (GWh offtake procured by our clients).

With her deep knowledge of the energy markets, Anita advises major renewable electricity generators on the development of structured products, considering portfolio constructs and risk management approaches to deliver market leading value propositions. She also supports investors in the renewable energy sector with market entry strategies and has supported numerous M&A transactions.
